Dave is an Orange County native. Having lived in Westminster, Midway City, Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley, Orange and Irvine he knows the area from both personal and professional experience. He holds both an AA degree and a BS degree in Accounting and Real Estate. Throughout his professional life, Dave has been a business owner. Prior to becoming a Realtor he owned a Real Estate Sign Company as well as an Industrial Supply Company. This experience has given him the managerial and administrative background to help make his clients transactions successful. His intense dedication to customer service and his understanding of business principles were also well honed through this background.

Married and the father of three girls, all of whom attend local public schools, he has an acute awareness of the needs and wants of families in the area. He knows the schools, the neighborhoods, the services and the benefits available and is a valuable information resource both for those new to the area as well as to those who are simply changing neighborhoods.

Dedicated to his community as well as his family and his profession, Dave is active in his church as well as in Boy Scouts of America, the Blind Children's Learning Center and Children's Home Society. He volunteers his time to Christmas in April Community Service and also works with local youth groups to help with service projects. In his spare time, Dave enjoys hiking, baseball, camping and spending time with his family.
